The National Centre for Learning Welsh is an all-Wales national institution which will provide agreements and draw up a framework agreement for customers in the public and third sector wishing to receive training for learning Welsh.
Customers include:

Third Sector
Emergency Services
Further Education and Higher Education
Welsh Government sponsored bodies
The service may also be extended to the private sector (SMEs) but a specific support model will be implemented for this.
This Framework Agreement is available to all organisations who have signed up to using the Ganolfan Dysgu Cymraeg Genedleathol Framework agreement plus other public sector bodies and SME’s
The Centre has informed the above mentioned bodies of the arrangement and will include a current list of customers on the website during the period of the agreement. The list may change if more customers wish to use the framework during the period of the agreement
