- Stationery – letterheads, compliment slips, calling cards, business cards, corporate business cards, individual business cards, pre-paid envelops, receipt books and time credit vouchers.

- Letters to tenants – rent statements four times per year, rent increase letters.

- Tenant information packs.

Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

NPT Homes will be adopting the “core approach” as part of this procurement process. This means the Community Benefits Plan will be evaluated and scored as part of the tender process. However, contractual clauses will set out the specific targets for delivery, to be agreed within 60 days of commencement of the contract.

Completion of Evaluation Process
The indicative timetable in the ITT stated that the completion of the evaluation process would be today, 12th April 2017. Unfortunately this timeframe has been delayed slightly and we now envisage that the successful and unsuccessful tenderers will be notified w/e 28th April at the very latest.
