This GLLM Minor Building Construction Framework is aimed to cover a number of smaller building contracts, typically falling into the GBP0.5m to GBP2.0m range, which will also need to be delivered as part of the capital development programme, over the same period, at various Campus locations. This small projects framework will also be used from time-to-time for Projects falling under GBP1m in value.
The first of the smaller suite of projects will be a facility that will expand the capacity of our renowned North Wales Food Technology Centre. Support from the Welsh Government Rural Development Programme will enable a significant addition to the existing food product development resources located at this specialist Centre.
