Abstract

Flintshire County Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations capable of providing a Telecare emergency alarm system and 24 hour telephone support for the Council. The specification is split across 3 service requirements: A. Social Alarm and Telecare 24/7 monitoring services; B. Provision of an out of hours emergency answering service C. Mobile Response Service. Flintshire County Council currently operates 70 sheltered housing developments across the county, consisting of 2613 units. All Telecare and sheltered housing accommodation is connected to the current Telecare call handling system provided by Jontek CPV: 79711000, 85323000, 64200000.
