Justification:
The College wishes to request an Urgent, Accelerated Open procedure for its tender process to obtain pricing for a compliant UN 3373 delivery service. This Service needs to run in conjunction with the annual TB testing on farms which will commence at the end of August 2017. The College only received confirmation of the availability of the funding on the 10th July 2017 so was unable to proceed to market before this date.
If the process is delayed the College will incur additional cost for repeated vets visits to undertake the required sampling.
