Production of a full set of as fitted drawings and removal of the redundant compressed back up manifold headers.

The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation:
BOC currently owns and maintains all Oxygen vessels and associated infrastructure on the Princess of Wales Hospital Site. They also supply liquid Oxygen via dedicated tankers. No other supplier is able to replace the existing primary vessel or upgrade the BOC infrastructure already in place.
