Clarification regarding Submissions
Important information for the attention of all tenderers/ potential tenderers:

Following a number of questions and queries regarding the acceptance or otherwise of non-traditional construction methods for this tender, CCG has taken time to review and clarify its requirements in relation to this.

CCG considers for this tender the following as traditional
building solutions with any other variances or options non-traditional:

a) Masonry cavity wall construction with brick and block inner and outer leaf construction
b) Masonry cavity construction with structural timber frame (inner) and masonry outer leaf

In order to clarify therefore, CCG are inviting ONE submission only at tender stage. This should be based on either of the traditional methods noted above. Any construction methods not listed above will not be accepted on this occasion, and therefore should not be submitted.

We trust that this clarifies the situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused. The tender deadline will now be extended for a further two weeks, until midday on Friday, November 17th, 2017.
