Contracts for this work will be delivered by means of an Innovation Partnership. The Council anticipates working with up to 6 partners to develop innovative solutions to outreach support delivery.

VI.3) Additional information
A provider forum is being held on 11th April 2018, in Canolfan Rheidol. It will be an event to explain the scope of the tender exercises for Supported Living and Bespoke Packages, to our current providers, and any other organisation that is interested in the possibility of providing services. The forum will start to look at the timeline we are working within for this procurement process, and the type of procurement exercises that will be used.
