Tai Calon Community Housing was launched on 26 July, 2010, and is the largest social landlord in Blaenau Gwent. It was created after tenants of Blaenau Gwent council voted in favour of their homes being transferred to Tai Calon.
We are a “not for profit” organisation and all our income is invested back into our homes and our communities. We are also a community mutual, which means, as our name suggests, tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
