There will be no guarantee that any contractor on the framework will be called on to deliver a service.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The contractors will be required to carry out minor works and repairs to various mechanical and electrical services on the sites it has responsibility for maintaining, any work will be done on an ad-hoc basis when the in house maintenance team do not have adequate resource or skill to complete the work.
The following is an indicative guide to the type of work to be carried out:
Mechanical
- General plumbing and heating repairs and adjustments
- Heating and vent plant maintenance
- Installation of taps, sinks wastes etc
- Clearing waste blockages
Electrical
- General electrical repairs to the existing electrical infrastructure
- Small new works such as the installation of additional lighting and power
- Emergency lighting testing
- Lamp replacement
- Fire alarm testing and repairs
