Following Wrexham Councils review of supported living services, we have committed to offering a cohesive and supportive structure for tenants and providers by way of outsourcing 13 supported living schemes (supporting 25 tenants and around 1300hrs), grouped into 4 lots offering interested providers an attractive service that will support tenants to maintain or enhance skills, build on , self-confidence and interests, promote voice and control and ensure that individuals are supported to achieve their wellbeing outcomes. Tenants will be encouraged and supported to participate in outside activities/interests to ensure a meaningful and valued presence in their community and maintain relationships with family and friends. Tenants will be enabled to be in charge of their lives.
The 13 properties have been grouped into 4 lots based on level of needs, staff skill requirements, resource-sharing and location where possible. The services are for both 24-hour and non-24-hour support to tenants with a range of disabilities and diverse needs.
Applicants must be registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW), and be able to provide domiciliary care services (to adults with a diagnosis of learning disability, physical disability and mental health needs) from an office in or around Wrexham.

VI.4.3) Review procedure
Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Wrexham County Borough Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the Court may only award damages. [The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
