II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Ceredigion County Council is seeking to transfer the ownership of Bodlondeb Residential Care Home as an operating business in order to meet nursing/dementia nursing need. The service provision for the current residents is to continue and this element of the contract is on a diminishing basis. There is a further element within the contract for the provision of EMI Nursing Care should the successful bidder achieve the necessary status to provide this.
