To provide Aberystwyth University with a resurfaced multi use pitch and undertake fencing works as described. The pitch must be capable of withstanding heavy usage (a minimum of 13 hours use per day). The pitch must meet the current requirements of the International Hockey Federation (FIH) and FIFA 1 Star or FIFA Quality Standard in respect of performance standards. The primary use will be soccer
