Abstract

Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with commercial gas maintenance. The contractor will be required to undertake services comprising of: All inclusive Responsive Repairs and 24/7 Breakdown Cover To provide landlords gas safety certificate at six monthly intervals. Maintenance of all boiler plant and associated pumps / system contained within the boiler rooms. All servicing (1 full service and 1 interim service per annum), safety certification, call outs and parts are covered (heat exchangers are specifically excluded from this contract). Flow and return primary pipe work from the plant room around the building is to be included in this contract. RAMIS database – The contractor will be expected to upload certificates to the RAMIS database, which is our compliancy database. RAMIS database access – For full asbestos report access for contractors. CPV: 50720000.
