The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales has a requirement for the service and maintenance of open protocol cell management systems at Bridgend, Merthyr, Swansea and Cardiff Bay.
The service and maintenance for Bridgend, Merthyr and Swansea will commence on 1st February 2018.
The service and maintenance for Cardiff Bay will commence on 8th January 2020.
Maintenance support will be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Planned and preventative maintenance will also be required.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales has a requirement for the service and maintenance of open protocol cell management systems at Bridgend, Merthyr, Swansea and Cardiff Bay.
The service and maintenance for Bridgend, Merthyr and Swansea will commence on 1st February 2018.
The service and maintenance for Cardiff Bay will commence on 8th January 2020.
Maintenance support will be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Planned and preventative maintenance will also be required.
For suppliers who are interested in tendering, site visits will take place on Tuesday 15th August. If you wish to attend you must send a request via the etenderwales website’s messaging facility by 12 noon on Thursday 10th August at the latest.
