Monmouthshire County Council and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are seeking to award a framework agreement for the provision of Arboricultural Services within their respective county boundaries. Both Councils manage thousands of trees including those on the highway, parks and open spaces, Countryside areas, Social Services establishments, car parks, highways, schools and Estates land.

- Outside working hours - Contractor to be on site within 2 hours and the area made safe on the same day
Emergency - External Client Tree Maintenance (Monmouthshire County Council only) within the Greater Gwent Area, eg hospital grounds, police stations etc.
- In working hours (8.00 – 17.00) - Contractor to be on site within 3 hours and the area made safe on the same working day
- Outside working hours - Contractor to be on site within 3 hours and the area made safe on the same day
