- Bay Campus
- Sketty Lane Sports Centre (comprising Wales National Pool, Sports Pavilion, Sports centre & indoor running track)
- Hendrefoelan student village accommodation plus University buildings at this site namely Hendrefoelan House, South Wales Miners Library & Emily Phipps building.
