For void properties works will include the installation of new kitchens, general repairs and all necessary electrical and plumbing work and the refurbishment of bathrooms. For structural Improvement works, typically works will involve - renewal of floor slabs, rebuilding of internal walls, partitions and ceilings together with associated electrical and general plumbing work.
