Description of the goods or services required
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the role of Employer’s Agent/QS and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations for the renovation and refurbishment of 5 council houses at the following locations;
1. 48 Ffordd Tudur, Caergybi
2. 52 Ffordd Tudur, Caergybi
3. 3 Nimrod Walk, Caergybi
4. 13 Queen’s Park Close, Caergybi
5. 52 Ffordd Beibio, Caergybi
The work is to include the clearance of existing services and fittings and the fitting of new services. The scope of the project will also include some external works.
The successful applicant will be required to create an appropriate Schedule of Works (SoW) for each property in conjunction with the IoACC and WAG requirements. All properties will need to be visited and surveyed in order to correctly ascertain the scope of the works.
