Production Survey Framework - 2020

Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of the requirement is to secure a Production Survey Framework required to obtain metrics used for timber sale- and valuation purposes. The data obtained needs to be obtained through industry recognised methods and to a statistical accuracy as described in the Forest Surveys Handbook.

NRW is seeking to award a framework agreement for the whole of Wales to secure skilled and competent contractors to carry out these Production Surveys.

The location for the delivery of this requirement will be at in 7 geographical lots throughout the whole of Wales as shown in the following table. There will be a maximum of 3 suppliers awarded a place on this framework in each of the 7 lots.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST/COMPLETING THE ITT.

1. Tenderers should register on the eTendering portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

2. Once registered, suppliers must express their interest as follows:

a. Login to the etendering portal.

b. Select ITT_81427

c. Select ITT's Open to all suppliers

d. Access the listing relating to the contract ITT: itt_81427 and view details.

e. Click on 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left hand side of the page.

3. Once you have expressed your interest, the ITT will move to 'My ITTs', where you can download and where you can construct your reply as instructed.
