II.2.4) Description of the procurement
HCC requires tenderers who can prepare and present high quality, clear, concise and cost effective multi-channel campaign plans for the UK market.
The successful tenderer will be required to devise brand marketing strategies based upon evidence-based insight and analysis which will deliver HCC’s marketing objectives for Welsh Lamb, Welsh Beef and pork.
Successful tenderers will be required to translate brand strategy into integrated multi-channel campaign plans and to deliver those plans using the most appropriate channels such as TV, outdoor, digital, website, social media, sponsorship, direct, sales promotion, experiential etc. They will also be expected to use PR and consumer communication channels where appropriate to enhance campaign deliverables.
The successful tenderer will also be responsible for running the consumer social channels and the consumer websites including monthly social planning and website SEO strategies and implementation.
