NWIS has recognised that a clinician needs access to up to date information and searching tools in order to provide the best, evidence-based care to their patients. In addition, it has recognised that in order to deliver high quality care, the right information needs to be available in the right place to the right people. This process is being undertaken to appoint a point of care tool to be used by a range of medical professionals across NHS sites in Wales.
