Justification:
Due to mandatory time constraints set by the Innovation Housing Grant Programme that we must meet to qualify for the required funding we have a restricted timescale to procure a signed build contract. It is therefore of paramount urgency that we receive PQQ responses to allow us to move forward to the tender stage.
