The Council is holding a series of events to enable Individuals and or Organisations with the opportunity to gain an understanding, provide any feedback on the process, and ask any questions.
The events will be held on the following dates and locations (further details such as times will be confirmed prior to the event):
Monday 25th March 2019 – Blaenau Gwent
Tuesday 26th March 2019 – Torfaen
Friday 29th March 2019 – Caerphilly
The purpose of this PIN Notice is to identify Organisations that may wish to participate in the collaborative procedure for Assessment and Therapies. Caerphilly CBC will be the lead Council for this procedure on behalf of the Gwent Region.
The Council envisages that Organisations shall have the option to decide which lot(s) they wish to apply for.
This PIN is not an Invitation to Tender. The purpose of this PIN is to serve as an indication of the proposed future procurement by the Council though it may be subject to change and does not constitute any commitment by the Council to undertake a formal public procurement exercise on the basis detailed within this PIN. When the Council is ready to formally commence the procurement process a formal Contract Notice will be advertised thus commencing the procurement process.
Note: Proactis Plaza E-Tender Portal (https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login) will be used to conduct any proposed future procurement exercise associated with this PIN. Organisations not already registered on the E-Tender Portal are requested to do so as registration will be required, a step by step registration user guide is attached to this PIN
To attend any event you must express your interest in one of the events by completing and returning the attached form to CSCOMTEAM@Caerphilly.gov.uk as soon as possible and by no later than 17:00 hours on Tuesday 19 March 2019.
The Council reserves the right to hold any number of events or information gathering exercises as part of the preliminary market consultation process.
