Contract Duration
We note that:

• Invitation to Tender, 3,1,2 states “The Contract awarded will be awarded for circa 70 weeks.”
• ITT Annex 9, Preliminaries, A10/110 states “Length of contract: To be confirmed by Contractor”

This has been reviewed by ClwydAlyn and to provide greater clarity we confirm that on reflection, and to allow comparative bids, all contractors are to price the scheme based on a fixed programme of 104 weeks including for bank holidays and Christmas/Easter shutdowns.
