Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
HCC is seeking suppliers who can fulfil HCC’s stand hire and associated services requirements from time to time for display and/or exhibition purposes both in the UK and abroad. This may include producing modular pop-up systems and/or stand-alone banner stands and may also involve repairing any damaged stand systems and the provision of storage facilities. All services and materials must be provided within the context of HCC’s brand guidelines (a copy of which is available from Bryan Regan, HCC’s Corporate Services Manager (contact details set out in paragraph 3)) and show flair in the design of the stands. On-time delivery and installation of stands and response times for requests for support by HCC are also important. Some of the materials required may need to be produced multi-lingually as well as in single languages other than English. Whilst HCC may produce the translated text for these purposes, you will need to show an awareness of how different languages would look when producing materials for HCC to ensure a consistent look across such materials.
