Abstract

The School/Department of INSRV, Cardiff University (‘the University’) requires a Recording of Lectures; the detailed requirements are outlined in the Specification. Suppliers are expected to adequately identify the benefits of their relevant equipment, which must satisfy the University’s principal need to achieve value for money. Offers shall be fit for any purpose made known to suppliers expressly or by implication and, in this respect, the University relies on the suppliers’ skill and judgement in recommending equipment under this tender.
