The National Procurement Service (NPS) for Wales has been set up to enable the Welsh public sector to collaborate more closely in procuring goods and services.
The purpose of this document is to inform buyers of the different notice types available through the portal and to instruct on best practice for format and content to limit delay between submission of your notice and publication. If your notice does not adhere to this guidance it may be “held” from publication by the portal support staff while you are contacted to amend.
This document provides details on the minimum timescales buyers must adhere to when managing an OJEU procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The new SQuID functionality provides Buyer users with an on-line interactive Squizard which outputs a tailored set of SQuID questions for each procurement. The full SQuID question set, and the guidance that accompanies it, is also available in Word form on the Procurement Route Planner. Within this section you will find information and guidance on the progress and available tools for SQuID.
