In line with the Welsh Government’s objectives outlined in the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act, Sustainability, Minimisation of Waste, Forest Stewardship and De-carbonisation will be key supply-chain requirements. Business Wales offers a fully funded, “Sustainability Essentials” Workshop, to help you prepare and enhance your chances of winning those tenders. We will provide a background to the Future Generations (Wales) Act to enable you to better align appropriate responses to tender Pre-Qualification Questions on sustainability, followed by practical exercises and action plans to help you improve your sustainable performance and promote your company’s corporate and social responsibility. ** Please note, we are unable to accept the following: ** No more than 1 delegate per business at this event No Businesses with more than 250 Employees (SME’S Only) ** If you are living outside of Wales but are intending to set up a business in Wales, you will be accepted onto our Workshops **
