The UK Government have updated their guidance on the future of intellectual property (IP) laws following the decision that the UK will leave the (EU). In the event of a ‘no deal’ scenario, the UK Government has published guidance and videos on the changes to UK law in the event of no deal. This information will help businesses understand what they need to do. Please note these documents are meant for guidance only.
