Due to the likelihood of the UK leaving the EU on 31 October, we have decided to postpone this years’ Procurex Wales event, scheduled to be held at the Motorpoint Arena Cardiff on 7 November 2019, until 18 March 2020.
This will distance Procurex Wales from the Brexit deadline so that we give the event the focus and resources it needs to be a success and facilitate maximum participation from both the buyer and supplier community from across Wales.
Other than the date change, the event will remain the same as was originally planned.
The Government Opportunities (GO) Excellence in Public Procurement Awards Wales will also take place on the evening of 18 March at the Mercure Hotel, Cardiff.
With Minister for Finance Rebecca Evans as a confirmed speaker and with so much happening across Welsh public procurement over the coming months, the event looks set to be a fantastic learning and networking opportunity. We look forward to welcoming you to the Procurex and the GO Awards Wales on 18 March 2020 in Cardiff.
