Upcoming Sell2Wales update – Changes to Postbox document retention period

Sell2Wales is changing the retention period for Postbox documents held by users on the Sell2Wales portal. From Q2 2022, the documents submitted within the Postbox will only be held for one year after the award of the contract.

A record of the documents submitted will be maintained for audit purposes, but the documents will be removed.

To make this process as easy as possible, we will be releasing a download option for Buyers and Suppliers to download all relevant documentation. This will allow you to download and store these documents within your own systems.

The Postbox download option is scheduled to release on the 30th of September, further guidance to follow.
