The Welsh Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers is seeking to appoint Multidiscipline Design Consultant who shall in defined a staged approach act as Project Manager and Principal Designer for advance build of New Business Units to incorporate office and welfare facilities, external works comprising mainly car parks, paths, landscaping, together with assisting the Employer to procure and supervise an appropriate Contractor to carry out the Building Works at Offa's Dyke Business Park, Welshpool, Powys SY21 8JF.

This will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only).
Click on the ITT code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.
3. Responding to the invitation to tender:
