The Western Quayside Regeneration Project encompasses the redevelopment of the former Ocky White Department Store, Bridge Street, Haverfordwest to provide new mixed-use commercial / entertainment units.
The works comprise:
- Internal reconfiguration of existing building with local demolitions and alterations to form new units
- Provision of temporary roof structure to prevent damage to adjacent properties / deterioration during the construction works.
- New substructure works and floor slab
- Structural alterations and new structural framing
- Reconfiguration of existing roof structures
- New glazed external façade to rear
- Fit out of landlord areas
- New incoming services to serve units
- External hard and soft landscaping
