Abstract

NWSSP is intending to source a Staff Survey Feedback system for All NHS Wales Staff, approximately 90,000 user respondents. The proposed scope of the Surveying and Improving Colleague Experience System procurement is to:  Procure a Software as a Service Solution (SAAS), to allow the simplification and improvement of survey design and method for capturing ‘All Wales’ NHS Staff views and stories.  Obtain a SAAS survey system that supports enhanced survey development for capturing both quantitative and qualitative data. Specifically, provide a portal for staff to share their stories and analysis tool to comprehend the narrative text, context and sentiment of those stories.  Adopt a SAAS survey system with a configurable and intelligent data analysis and reporting functionality. Moreover, the reporting portal will be open and transparent to all internal and external stakeholders.  Sufficient support to be able to meet the requirements while still allowing the flexibility for HEIW staff to design surveys, manage and report from the system without recourse to the provider.  The supplier will need to ensure that the software/system is fully bi-lingual with content for Welsh and non-Welsh speakers being aggregated.
