II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The provision of architectural services related to the conservation and management of ancient monuments, the design maintenance and repair of visitor facilities at those sites, and occasional advice regarding works to historic buildings and other Cadw facilities including non-historic, domestic and commercial property, as required. Selected consultants on request, (outlined in the brief and task order) to act as the Lead Professional Advisor and also Principal Designer. To work with Cadw’s in-house specialist conservation teams and in conjunction with other specialist companies, providing full or partial architectural, technical and planning supervision services as required. This may include co-ordinating and incorporating other specialist advice such as structural, mechanical, electrical etc.
