The Welsh Government wishes to establish a call-off contract for Additional Agricultural and Environmental advice. Specialist technical advice services needs to be procured in order to inform work in the following areas:
- Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
- Nitrate Vulnerable Zones.
- Agricultural Land Tribunal.
- Plant Health, Pesticides and Biocides, Seeds, GM crops and Wildlife.
- The effects of ‘Brexit’ in relation to the above areas.
- Any additional environmental advice.
Much of the work completed under this contract is vital to ensuring that our statutory duties are met.
