Description of the goods or services required

Ceredigion County Council is seeking tenders from bilingual outdoor activity providers who are able to offer a range of Outdoor/Indoor adventure courses/ leadership activities that have nationally recognised qualifications (BTEC) as an outcome.

Our client group is between 14-16 years and will be following an alternative curriculum in conjunction with mainstream school timetabling, the cohort will be vulnerable and at risk of becoming NEET

The activities we are seeking may consist of the following provisions (please note that this list is an example and we welcome any additional or bespoke provisions not listed); orienteering, kayaking, mountain biking, high ropes, climbing and abseiling, survival and bushcraft, coasteering, gorge walking.

All provisions and venues must have a maximum transport time of 1 hour for all participants who attend County Wide.

This framework agreement is a non contractual arrangment whereby the nominated supplier offers the service and/or supply of goods and/or materials at an agreed price for the offer period. The service will be set annually over 39 weeks of the year in conjunction with the school term(s) and operate fixed days “to be determined” weekly during this timescale.
