The NHS Wales Finance Academy require a training provider and Financial accounting body to work in collaboration in delivering a Graduate Financial Management Trainee Scheme.
The scheme for 2020 to 2025 will be for three cohorts of graduates over the five year programme with cohort starts in September 2020, 2021 and 2022. There would be an option to extend for a further one or two cohorts starting in September 2023 and 2024 which would potentially extend this to six or seven years
The NHS Wales Finance Academy have commitment from organisations to look to recruit between five and twelve candidates across Wales for each of these cohorts.
