Abstract

The Assembly’s Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure is vitally important to the day to day operation of our business. Lync Server 2013 was deployed in May 2015 and has since been upgraded to Skype for Business Server 2015. The contract will provide support for the entire UC platform, critical fault escalation to Microsoft Product Support (PSS), as well as direct support with other equipment and software vendors (namely AudioCodes and Anywhere365), and provide proactive monitoring for our UC infrastructure.
