II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council are seeking to appoint a provider for the provision of Contract Hire of Grounds Maintenance Equipment for use by the Parks, Streetcare and Cemetery Departments within Rhondda Cynon Taff.
The Council is responsible for the management and maintenance of a wide range of parks, sports fields, landscaped sites and play areas, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the Councils cemeteries.
The Procurement process will follow the principles of an Open Procedure conducted in accordance with the European Public Procurement Directives 2014, as implemented by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
