Ceredigion County Council invites applications from organisations who wish to provide care and/ or support services within the County. The Council intends to operate an Innovation Partnership with up to 20 members with a view to design services which reflect the needs of the Council.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Service Providers are invited to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to ascertain their eligibility to provide services within the county of Ceredigion.
There will be a quality component in the form of a service proposal and scored questions, and a commercial component. The weighting will be 60% of the score for quality, and 40% of the score for commercial.
Overall scores of less than 40% for the combined components will result in a provider not being invited to join the Innovation Partnership.

The mechanism being used for this tender is an Innovation Partnership, from herein referred to as an IP.
The IP shall be open for 30 days to allow service providers to express an interest. After this date, the IP will be closed for the duration of the contract where provider numbers may be reduced at each phase of successive tendering. The IP is expected to run for 3 years.
All communications in the context of this IP shall only be made by electronic means using the messaging system in this etender.
