Abstract

PLANED, on behalf of the Arwain Sir Benfro Local Action Group (LAG), is seeking to appoint consultants to undertake a midterm and final evaluation of the Local Action Group and LEADER activities being delivered as part of the EU & WG funded scheme. The purpose of the evaluation exercise is to 1. Assess the impact of the scheme on Pembrokeshire, to measure its effectiveness against the targets, indicators and outcomes agreed with the Welsh Government. 2. Assess the approach taken & success of the LAG in meeting its objectives. Evaluate and make recommendations. 3. Inform and shape delivery of rural development support with suggestions for improvements. This project is being funded through the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2014-2020 which is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
