Abstract

NEUPC seeks to establish a framework agreement for the supply and installation of furniture across a range of environments, defined by the ten lots described in Annex B, within the Higher and Further Education Sector Establishments of the United Kingdom. Associated services including but not limited to interior design, space planning, technical drawings andproject management will be in scope of the framework

The framework will be made available to the member institutions of the consortia listed in Annex A partV

The framework agreement will be made available for use by the consortia and all their respective member institutions regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Membership of the consortia may be subject to change due to strategic realignment or the inclusion of new members.
