The Authority has a requirement for the provision of comprehensive peripheral neuropathy assessment by a neurologist for Service Personnel who have sustained Non-freezing Cold Injury (NFCI), to take place in the context of a Peripheral Neuropathy Clinics (PNC). The proposed Contract shall be for a period of 2 years with a proposed start date of 1.4.2018 and ending 31.3.2020 with an option to extend for a further 2 years as required until 31.3.2022.
The requirement is for up to 160 individual assessments per annum at a Contractor PNC and patients are to be assessed and tested within 6 weeks of referral.
The PNC to be used must be located in the UK and within 4,5 hours travel (road or rail) of both Catterick Garrison and Aldershot.
