The University of Leicester is seeking to implement a framework agreement for provision for principal designer services.
The University of Leicester is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced principal designer consultancy practices to provide the service across a range of projects, more detail of which is described in the tender document.
The agreement will start on 1 June 2020 running for an initial 2-year period with an option to extend by a further 24 months.

The agreement is not split into lots, the providers must be able to provide services to the University.
The University has developed a schedule of services which are based upon (but note the same as) the industry standard from the association of project safety form of appointment. The terms and conditions relating to the appointment will the the Joint Contracts Tribunal Consultancy Agreement 2016 with some minor amendments, or the University's standard terms and conditions of purchase details of which are included within the tender documents.
