Welsh Government wishes to help raise standard of attainment for learners in Wales by providing access to a range of centrally-funded digital learning tools and resources via the Hwb Digital Learning Platform; increasing the proportion of relevant digital teaching and learning resources which are available in Welsh; making effective educational use of tried and trusted online digital technologies; continuing to provide access to a programme of bilingual (Welsh and English) education and awareness-raising activities which promote safe, responsible and considerate use of the Internet by children and young people in Wales.
Through this contract, Welsh Government aims to continue to provide access to a national collection of high quality digital resources and tools to support teaching and learning for learners in Wales.
The Welsh Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the eTenderwales portal.

Please note the Total contract value is 3,465,000 GBP. However there may be a need for further development which will not exceed 50% of the overall total contract value.
