Justification:
This ITT is for the procurement of two Lots of marine surveys, data from which is required to support environmental impact assessment (EIA) and wider engineering studies. For programme and ecology purposes, it is necessary to begin collection of the required data as soon as is practicable, before the increased prevalence of foul weather during Autumn and Winter.
