Blaenau Gwent CBC and Torfaen CBC are looking to appoint a company to provide a stray dog kennelling service as well as an out of hours service in line with the below specification. Each Lot can be tendered for separately but ideally the Authorities are looking for one company to provide both services. The service is to commence on 1st October 2018 for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further period of two (2) years and twelve (12) month intervals. The extension will be dependent on performance of the service provider; demand of the service; Local Authority priorities etc.

Kennelling facilities are to be available for receipt of approximately 200 -250 dogs per year
