Midland Heart is inviting Contractors to join its DPS for repairs and maintenance services to support its in-house General Repairs function to void and non void properties for the next 2 years.

The services to be procured under the DPS are to be as follows:

— general building services,

— electrical services,

— roofing services,

— scaffolding services,

— UPVC window and door repair and replacement,

— drainage services,

— clean and clearance of void properties,

— specialist damp works.

The anticipated total spend across these areas will be in the region of 4 000 000 GBP per annum.
